  Wouldnt give this hotel 3 star, in serious need of a refurb. Staff pleasant though but thats about it. Rooms and bathroom small and very dated, needs refurbishing urgently. But great location, syraight on beach and very easy walk (200 to 400m) to restaurants.....

  I stay at the Neptuno a few times a year. It's a good hotel in all senses as it's on a major bus route and the beach is just over the road. I find the staff to be pleasant and helpfull the rooms and service are as good as you get anywhere. But what makes my stay there is that the hotel is right beside Bay Bike Hire and a bike is a must if you want to see this unspoilt area. So saddle up and get out to the mud baths for the best day out you will ever have for free. TomC

  Had a 3 night stay at Hotel Neptuno 10/10/13 hotel was fab rooms basic but clean maid service every day ,5 euro brakfast well worth the money staff coulldnt do enough local bars and restaurants spanish we found a chinese called amigos delish and food came in mounds on your plate well worth a visit . Beach was a hop skip and jump away and weather was hot hot hot just what is needed for a little break in October ....
